Product information

Blue Hour presents the Vapor Fireplace as a decorative water-vapor fireplace insert. Images, descriptions, and selection prices help explain the product and available size options. Your purchase details describe the fireplace and commercial terms that apply to your order.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Placing an item in a cart or submitting an inquiry does not create a completed purchase. Blue Hour may review the selected size, delivery address, and purchase details before confirming your order. An obvious pricing or description error may be corrected before confirmation. Payment is captured only after Blue Hour provides an estimated ship or delivery date.

Shipping and delays

Delivery is curbside freight unless another service is itemized with your purchase. If the estimated ship or delivery date cannot be met, you may accept the delay or cancel for a full prompt refund. See the Shipping and Returns Policy for delivery inspection, damage reporting, and return terms.

Installation and use

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site and installer are appropriate for the selected fireplace. Use a qualified installer and follow the documentation provided with your fireplace. The Vapor Fireplace is not a room-heating appliance.

Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy. Warranty coverage is governed by the Two-Year Limited Warranty.

Site use and intellectual property

The Blue Hour site, including its text, images, design, and trademarks, is owned by Blue Hour or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Blue Hour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
