Coverage
Blue Hour warrants to the original residential purchaser that the fireplace will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery. If a covered defect arises, Blue Hour may repair the fireplace, replace a part or product, or issue a refund.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover improper installation or connections, misuse, modification, unauthorized service, normal wear or cosmetic variation, commercial use, or external events. Labor, removal, and reinstallation are not covered.

To make a claim, email [email protected] with proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
