Refunds are issued after an approved return is inspected.
Refund timing
After inspection and approval of an authorized return, Blue Hour issues the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Return authorization
A return merchandise authorization, or RMA, is required before sending an item back. Contact [email protected] to request an RMA. Unauthorized returns may not be identified or accepted.
Shipping charges
Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable except for damaged or incorrect items. Blue Hour does not charge a restocking fee.
